Exhibitor Rules & Information
| 1. | Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. |
| 2. | All local, state, and federal laws will be enforced! A.T.F. rules and regulations for dealer and private transactions are available free of charge from show table. |
| 3. | No loaded guns, except for show security or law enforcement personnel. |
| 4. | No black powder will be permitted for sale or display. |
| 5. | No loose ammo. |
| 6. | No ammunition may be displayed on the same table as any firearms of the same caliber. |
| 7. | Zip ties required on all firearms if not under glass, taken apart, or otherwise rendered inoperable. Available at Show Office. |
| 8. | Each dealer must warrant merchandise being sold and settle all complaints with the general public to the satisfaction of all parties concerned. |
| 9. | All transactions will take place inside the show area. No sales or transactions regarding weapons will be allowed outside or in the parking lot. |
| 10. | It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to protect the Show and it's participants from unsafe or illegal acts of anyone handling a firearm. Display signs are available at the Show Table. They say: "Please do not handle without permission". |
| 11. | Each exhibitor is obligated to honestly and properly present his merchandise at this show. Reproductions, altered items, or originals that have been modified must be so identified. |
| 12. | Guns, knives (custom, collectors and factory), gun parts, ammunition, shooting accessories and only items that directly pertain to shooting, hunting, and collecting will occupy 95% of each dealer's display. The remainder of some space may be used for other items but are restricted to the show rules. |
| 13. | No firearm that has been declared illegal by the Federal Government, the State of California and the Department of Justice shall be brought to the show. |
| 14. | All banned weapons, not only firearms, are prohibited at the show. |
| 15. | Assault style weapons such as, but not limited to, names like MAC's, Tech's, Uzi's, etc., are not permitted. |
| 16. | No explosive ordinance, destructive devices, parts designed to convert a semi-automatic firearm to full automatic fire, or parts or accessories that may be used on any firearm as a suppressor or silencer, shall be permitted for display or sale at the show. Books, audios and/or films/videos that describe the facbrication of any device (e.g. silencers, bombs, etc.), which may be illegal under Federal, State or Local laws are strictly forbidden. |
| 17. | Historical military uniforms, weapons, and equipment of any nation and era are permitted. Strictly forbidden are: communist or third Reich items of any nature glorifying, perpetuating, propagating any type of propaganda items or displays of an hate material (race, religion, color, sex, etc.) |
| 18. | No anarchist books, destructive device or bomb material, bomb parts, gun parts designed to circumvent Class 3 laws, machine gun conversion parts, grenades, rockets, shells or ammunition for anything other than small arms. This does not include deactivated civil war shells, balls, cannon barrels or Gatling guns. |
| 19. | No butterfly or switchblades, Ninja or throwing start items allowed. |
| 20. | No martial arts items of any kind other than World War II and earlier Japanese swords. |
| 21. | No flea market items, art or figurines other than that which relates to guns, hunting or the old west. |
| 22. | No pornographic materials or items with obscene language or graphics, racist, ethnic, sexist, Neo-nazi, or hate-mongering material, including but not limited to, T-shirts, magazines, videos, bumper stickers, etc., which are deemed objectionable by Show Management, will be permitted. |
| 23. | Any items the show management may deem offensive will not be permitted. |
| 24. | Setup begins Friday at 12:00pm - 8:00pm. Saturday setup is 7:00am - 9:00am. Public hours are Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm and Sunday 9:00am - 4:00pm. Tear Down is Sunday 4:00pm - 8:00pm. |
| 25. | All exhibitors must use tablecloth provided by Show Management to cover tables. |
| 26. | Panels or boards on top of tables that may protrude into the aisle are strictly forbidden. |
| 27. | Do not reposition any tables without prior approval of Show Management. The table layout has been approved by Facility Manager and Fire Marshall and cannot be altered without Show Management Approval. |
| 28. | All unoccupied tables as of 9:00am Saturday morning of show revert back to Upper Ridge Gunworks and can be sujbect to resale. |

All exhibitors must provide a photocopy of their appropriate permits. Firearm Dealers must provide FFL, CFD & CRP. All others must provide CRP. |
| 30. | Two exhibitor badges will be issued per table. One additional badge for each additional table. Limit 6 badges. Additional badges are available for $7.00 each. Lost badges will not be replaced. Badges must be worn during "exhibitor hours". |
| 31. | Show Management reserves the right to have any exhibitor remove any material, firearms, ammunition, or any items that do not coincide with the theme of this Show. Failure to remove anything requested by Show Management could result in expulsion from this Show. |
| 32. | Security is on duty 24 hours starting from Friday at 12:00pm through Sunday at 8:00pm. However, the show will not be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged. We suggest that you take home any items you may worry about overnight. Please report any suspicious behavior or activity you may observe. |
| 33. | Any tables not renewed within 30 days following close of exisitng show will be available for resale to others. |
| 34. | The video and photographic rights of this Show are copyrighted by Upper Ridge Gunworks. The official Show Photographer will be taking pictures. Pictures for media are available by calling 707-463-1733. |
| 35. | Please keep all dogs on a leash when on Exposition property. |
| 36. | NO PARKING ON ANY GRASS ANYWHERE AT THE EXPOSITION!! |
